Abstract

The research method used is quantitative. The data used are data quality testing, data assumption testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing. From the results of research and discussion conducted by researchers related to the influence of Visionary Leadership Style, and Motivation on Employee Performance at BKPSDM Batu City. 1. Visionary Leadership Style (X1), and Motivation (X2), simultaneously affect employee performance (Y). Thus the first hypothesis in this study has been proven and can be accepted. 2. Visionary Leadership Style (X1), partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), motivation (X2) partially also has the most significant effect on employee performance. From the overall results, the second hypothesis in this study can be proven and can be accepted. Meanwhile, in this study, the variables of the Visionary Leadership Style (X1) and Motivation (X2) had the most significant effect, namely the Visionary Leadership Style (X1). Thus the third hypothesis in this research has been proven and can be accepted
