Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on employee performance, the effect of the work environment on employee performance, the effect of work engagement on employee performance and the effect of work-life balance, work environment, and work engagement partially and simultaneously on the performance of coffeeshop employees in Housing. Cibubur Tourism City, Bogor Regency. The population in this study were employees of a coffee shop in the City of Wisata Cibubur housing estate, Bogor Regency as many as 75 (seventy-five) individuals and managed to get 50 (fifty) respondents. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique. During the research, the author visited 14 (fourteen) coffeeshops in the residential area where the author lives, namely Cibubur Tourism City, Bogor Regency as the research location. The writer uses data analysis techniques t test, F test and multiple linear analysis equations using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 program. The results show that work-life balance and work environment affect employee performance while work engagement has no effect on employee performance.
