Abstract
The main problem in this study is whether Discipline, Commitment, and Motivation Affect the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Employees at the Dinoyo Malang Tourism Village. employee performance at the UMKM ceramic tourism village of Dinoyo Malang. The purposes of this study were 1) To determine the effect of discipline, commitment and work motivation on employee performance at the UMKM in the ceramic tourism village of Dinoyo Malang. 2) To analyze the dominant influence among the variables of Discipline, Commitment and Work Motivation on the performance of employees in UMKM at the ceramic tourism village of Dinoyo Malang. To apply these objectives, descriptive methods are used, descriptive statistical methods with the help of a computerized system (SPSS Computer Program version 25) using the formulas, namely multiple regression analysis, t-test and F-test. Based on the results of the analysis of the effect of Discipline, Commitment and Work Motivation on employee performance, especially in UMKM at the ceramic tourism village of Dinoyo Malang, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between Discipline, Commitment and Work Motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proven. The most dominant variable affecting employee performance, especially in the UMKM at the ceramic tourism village of Dinoyo Malang, is Work Commitment, the reason is because the commitment variable has the largest regression coefficient value when compared to the Discipline and Work Motivation variables so that the first hypothesis and the third hypothesis can be said to be proven.
