Abstract

This study takes the topic of the influence of work experience, work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Best Profit Futures Malang. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Best Profit Futures Malang and samples taken as many as 50 employees at PT. Best Profit Futures Malang. The method used in this research is primary data collection. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that all question items are valid and reliable. Meanwhile, based on multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that the regression equation Y= 24,062+ 1,013X1+ 1,038X2 + 0,631 + e. Meanwhile, in testing the hypothesis with the T test for the work experience variable, it is known that the value of tcount > ttable is 2.589 > 1.679 and the significance value < 0.05 error tolerance value is 0.013 < 0.05, while for the work environment variable itself it is known that the value of tcount > t table is 2.681 > 1.679 and the significance value < 0.05 error tolerance value is 0.010 < 0.05, while for the work motivation variable tcount > t table is 3.547 > 1.679 and the significance value < fault tolerance value is 0.001 < 0.05. And for the F test, the value of Fcount is 8.334 with a significance of 0.000. This proves that the value of Fcount > Ftable is 8.334 > 2.807 and the significant value is < the error tolerance value of 0.05. And from the coefficient of determination test, it is known that the adjusted R square value is 0.872. Based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that 0.872 or 87.2% of employee performance variables can be explained by variations in the work environment, work experience and work motivation of 12.8%, explained by other variables not included in this study.
