Abstract
The aim of the study was to test whether work discipline, rewards and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at Zam-Zam Hotel & Convention Batu City, to test whether work discipline has an effect on Zam-Zam performance. Batu City Hotel & Convention employees to test whether rewards affect the performance of Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Batu City employees, to test whether work motivation influences the performance of Zam-Zam Hotel & Convention Batu City employees, and to test which work discipline is rewarded and work motivation has a dominant effect on the performance of Zam-Zam Hotel & Convention Batu City employees. The population used consisted of 52 employees at Zam-Zam Hotel & Convention with a total sample of 52 people and used the census method. As well as using multiple linear regression analysis as a method of data analysis with SPSS. The results show that when work discipline, reward and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, reward has a positive and significant effect, work motivation has a positive and significant effect. Work motivation has a dominant influence on employee performance. Further research will allow independent variables to be developed and studied on a larger scale.
