Abstract

In improving current performance, there are often problems with company order, changes in leadership policies, and employee incentives. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline, leadership style and incentives on the performance of employees at PT. BRI Insurance Indonesia Malang Branch. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a total sample of 50 employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques using SPSS assistance, data testing techniques in this study multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis prove that work discipline and incentives have a positive and significant effect, while leadership style has no positive and significant effect on performance.
Based on the findings above, PT. BRI Asuransi Indonesia Malang Branch needs to improve Work Discipline and Incentives to be able to achieve company goals.
