Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of employee solidarity, organizational characteristics, and organizational culture on employee performance, to analyze the influence of employee solidarity on employee performance, to analyze the influence of organizational characteristics on employee performance, and to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of Jombang Regency Regional Government employees . This type of research is quantitative in the form of primary data obtained through questionnaires filled out by civil servants, and secondary data obtained from various library materials, in the form of journals, books, articles and theses obtained from internet media related to research materials. Data collection used a simple random sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents. This research uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The population in this study was the entireJombang Regency Regional Government civil servants totaling 7000 people and the sample used in this study was the entire population calculated using the Slovin formula, namely 99 people using random sampling. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this research use the Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, t Test and F Test, and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this research used the SPSS software program (version 25.00). Partially, employee solidarity has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, organizational characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance.Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, employee solidarity, organizational characteristics and organizational culture have asignificant effect on employee performance in the Jombang Regency Regional Government.
