Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of professionalism, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at 7Seven Chicken Resto & Café Malang. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were 30 employees of 7Seven Chicken Resto & Cafe. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical method used is to use multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that professionalism, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of 7Seven Chicken Resto & Café employees have a positive effect. The variables of professionalism, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance.
