Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisa atraksi, amenitas dan aksesibilitas terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Desa Wisata Waturaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang yang pernah berkunjung ke Desa Wisata Waturaka. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada orang yang pernah berkunjung ke Desa Wisata Waturaka. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 99 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Atraksi, Amenitas dan Aksesibilitas secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Secara persial variabel atraksi dan aksesibilitas berpengaruh signifikan tetapi variabel amenitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan hasil penelitian menunjukan Atraksi merupakan variabel dominan terhadap kepuasan
pengunjung.

This study aims to determine the analysis of attractions, amenities and accessibility to visitor satisfaction in the Waturaka Tourism Village. The population in this study were people who had visited the Waturaka Tourism Village. The study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to people who had visited the Waturaka Tourism Village. The sample used was 99 respondents with the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that the variables Attractions, Amenities and Accessibility together or simultaneously have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Partially the attractions and accessibility variables have a significant effect but the amenity variables do not have a significant effect and the
research results show that attractions are the dominant variable on visitor satisfaction.
