Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of quality of work life and communication on employee performance in the industry and trade office in Malang district from the influence of quality of work life and communication in the industry and trade office in Malang district. The number of samples used were 43 employees using a saturated sampling technique (census), and data collection techniques using a questionnaire created through google form, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The F test results show that the variables of quality of work life and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the variable that has a more strong/dominant effect on employee performance, namely the variable quality of work life.
