Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is connected by various conditions, both internal and external conditions such as motivation, communication and work environment. Conditions of motivation, communication and work environment of employees can have a relationship with job satisfaction with the aim of achieving the company's vision. The researcher set the research objective, namely to determine the relationship between the influence of each variable including motivation, communication and work environment partially on the job satisfaction variable. This type of quantitative research is used in this study. Primary data sources used by researchers. Determination of a sample of 67 employees by researchers using a saturated sample technique. A questionnaire with a Likert scale became the instrument of this research. Some of the analyzes used in this study include descriptive statistical analysis to t-test. This research analysis tool uses SPSS 25 For Windows application software. Based on the analysis, the researchers found the results that each partially, the variables including motivation, communication and work environment had a significant influence on the variable of employee job satisfaction at PDAM Batu City.
