Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous influence of leadership style,motivation, and work discipline on employee performance, to understand the influence ofleadership style on employee performance, to comprehend the impact of motivation onemployee performance, to investigate the influence of work discipline on employeeperformance, and to identify which variables of leadership style, motivation, and workdiscipline have a dominant effect on employee performance. The research sample involved46 employees, and a census sampling technique was utilized. Multiple regression analysiswas employed for data analysis.It was found that leadership style, motivation, and work discipline simultaneouslyhave an impact on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant influence onemployee performance. Motivation affects employee performance. Work discipline alsohas an impact on employee performance. Leadership style is the dominant factorinfluencing employee performance, as it represents how a leader influences subordinatesto achieve organizational goals
