Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style and competence on employee performance. This analysis uses independent variables, namely Compensation, Leadership Style and Competence. The dependent variable is Employee Performance. The sample of this study were 35 employees at the District Office of Lowokwaru Malang. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was distributed directly to 35 employees of the Lowokwaru sub-district office. Data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test. From the results of the study showed that compensation, leadership style and competence on the performance of employees at the Lowokwaru District Office, Malang.
