Abstract

The effect of locus of control, self-efficacy and self-esteem on employee performance at PT. Seino Indomobil Logistics in East Jakarta, PT. Seino Indomobil Logistics is one of the big companies and runs a business in the field of providing information technology (IT) logistic services, therefore it can help provide data analysis in terms of the influence of locus of control, self-efficacy and self-esteem on employee performance. Self-control is one of the strategies that must be understood in carrying out a performance so that performance can develop, this study was made aiming to find out about it. The making of this thesis uses questionnaires via google form to employees, especially in the marketing department who have performed their performance on the day of sampling and managed using validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, t and F test hypotheses and then managed using assistance statistical software package for the social sciences (SPSS) version 26, Microsoft office 2010, Microsoft excel 2010. In this study, four independent variables were used, namely Locus of Control (X1), self-efficacy (X2), and self-esteem (X3), and one dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y), from the research and management that has been carried out, the results show that most of the independent variables have a positive and insignificant impact on the dependent variable.
