Abstract
Business world required to have effective achieve predetermined organizational.The purpose of conducting this research was to analyze the effect of individual abilities,compensation and work environment on the performance of employees at CV. KIKIMalang. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, the number of samples usedis 70 employees. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire by utilizing theKuesio.id web. Data analysis techniques used the SPSS 26 included validity tests,reliability tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F tests, and Ttests. The multiple linear regression equation yields Y=9.546 + 0.973X1 + 0.564X2 +0.386X3 + e. The results indicate all variable have a direct effect on employee performance(Y) which tends to increase if each variable is properly improved such as carrying outassigned work (X1), salary received is in accordance with the effort that has been expended(X2), such as the cleanliness of production equipment has been guaranteed (X3) so that itcan improve employee performance. And the value Fcount > Ftable (46,602 > 2,476). TheAdjusted R Square is 0.665 which indicates that individual ability, compensation and workenvironment variables able to contribute 66.5% and 33.5% are influenced by othervariables outside the research variables. The variable that has the dominant effect isvariable X1 with a tcount of 7.518 > 1.994 ttable. While the variable X2 with a tcount of 3,485> 1.994 ttable. And also the variable X3 with a tcount of 2.008 > 1.994 ttable. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been done, it can be concludedthat the individual ability, compensation and work environment variables together have asignificant and positive influence on employee performance variables. For the mostdominant variable influencing employee performance at CV. KIKI Malang is a variableindividual ability
