Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of communication, work disciplineand work culture on employee performance in the Baitul Maal Qa Tamwil Cooperative(BMT) Mandiri Sejahtera, East Java, Gresik. The population in this study were all 50employees of BMT Mandiri Sejahtera, East Java. For the sampling technique using thecensus method with the sample results obtained, namely all BMT Mandiri Sejahtera EastJava employees, totaling 50 people. The results of the study show that communication,work discipline, work culture affect employee performance. Simultaneouslycommunication, work discipline and work culture have a positive and significant impact onemployee performance. Partially communication, work discipline, work culture have asignificant effect on employee performance and the Work Discipline variable has adominant effect on employee performance
