Abstract

This study was made with the aim of analyzing the effect of motivation and communication on work quality. Department of Manpower (Disnaker) Malang Regency as the object of research. The research variables consist of independent variables, namely motivation and communication and the dependent variable is work quality. The method of analysis used is qualitative and quantitative methods, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test results. The results showed that the motivation variable X1 had a significant positive effect on work quality and the communication variable had a significant positive effect on work quality.
