Abstract

The success of an organization in facing the challenges of globalization cannot beseparated from the role of human resources. To get quality human resources. To getgood human resources, companies must pay attention to the job satisfaction of theiremployees. Job satisfaction of an employee can not be separated from various factors.And some of these factors are HR development, organizational culture and career. Thisstudy aims to examine the effect of human resource development (X1), organizationalculture (X2), and career (X3) on job satisfaction (Y). The population of this study were allemployees of the Department of Trade and Industry Cooperatives Malang City, totaling50 employees. In collecting data using the questionnaire method. This type of research isquantitative research using data analysis methods multiple linear regression analysis withthe help of the SPSS program. Based on the research results, it is known that HR development has no effect on job satisfaction. While organizational culture partially has apositive and significant effect on job satisfaction and career has no effect on jobsatisfaction. Based on the results of the t test, HR development obtained a sig of 0.805,organizational culture obtained a sig of 0.005 and a career obtained a sig of 0.681.Simultaneously the development of human resources, organizational culture and careerhave a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the Malang CityTrade Industry Cooperative Cooperative Service
