Abstract

This study aims to describe leadership, motivation, and employee performance, determine the influence of leadership on employee performance, determine the effect of motivation on employee performance and determine which variables of leadership and motivation have the dominant influence on employee performance. The population in this study was 32 employees so the entire population was used as a sample. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis.
The results of the analysis show that employee performance is shaped by quantity, quality, and timeliness. The main thing that can improve employee performance is quantity. Leadership is formed by being fair, as a catalyst, creating a sense of conduciveness, and a source of inspiration. The main thing that can improve leadership is to create a sense of conduciveness. Motivation is formed by the need for power, the need for power, and the need for affiliation. The main thing that can increase motivation is the need for affiliation. Leadership influences employee performance. Motivation affects employee performance. Leadership dominant influence on employee performance.
