Abstract
This study aims to determine the simultaneous effect of product quality, price, and brand image on customer satisfaction at J.CO Dounts & Coffee in Malang City. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was excavated from 140 customers. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The results of shown that Product Quality (X1), Price (X2), and Brand Image (X3) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Prices that are formed from affordability, price-matching benefits, and competitiveness have the most influence on customer satisfaction.
