Abstract

A growing company is the desire of every individual in the company, thus encouraging companies to compete and be competent and keep up with the times. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training, leadership style and work ethic on the performance of employees of PT Alfa Mojokerto. This study used a sample of 40 respondents with sampling through the census method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that were distributed directly to respondents. The data obtained were processed using SPSS version 16 statistical analysis tool. This analysis includes descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, F test, T test, R2 test and multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of research that has been carried out through the stages of data collection, data processing and data analysis regarding the effect of training, leadership style and work ethic on employee performance, it can be concluded that training (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Alfa Mojokerto, Leadership style (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Alfa Mojokerto, Work ethic (X3) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Alfa Mojokerto and Training (X1) has a dominant influence on performance employee (Y) at PT Alfa Mojokerto.
