Abstract

This research aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of competence, workexperience, and rewards variables on employee performance at the BPJS Employmentbranch office in Malang. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, with a totalof 40 respondents chosen as the research sample. Data collection was done by distributingquestionnaires directly to each employee. The data analysis technique uses descriptiveanalysis through the SPSS 25 program. The results of the research and data analysis showthat, simultaneously, the variables of competence, work experience, and rewards have apositive and significant impact on employee performance. Through hypothesis testing, theobtained F-statistic value is 14.391 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, the hypothesis is accepted. The hypothesis test results show that, partially, competencedoes not have a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-statistic value of 0.748and a significance value of 0.459 > 0.05, thus the hypothesis is rejected. Partially, workexperience variables do not have a significant influence on employee performance, with at-score of 0.436 and a significance value of 0.666 > 0.05; therefore, the hypothesis isrejected. Partial variable reward has a positive and significant influence on employeeperformance, with a calculated t-value of 3.206 and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05,thus the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the research findings and hypothesis testing, itcan be concluded that the most dominant result in this study is associated with the variable"reward."
