Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine whether there was a positive and significant simultaneous or partial influence between service and the quality of academic administrative information on the satisfaction of Co-Ass students in the Department of Health Sciences, Ear, Nose, Throat, Head Neck Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya Malang. The population that was sampled at once in this research was 48 respondents. The research method used is qualitative quantified. Primary data source with data collection method with questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques use instrument tests, namely validity tests and reliability tests, classical assumptions include normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and determination coefficient tests. The data that has been collected in the form of numbers is processed using the SPSS application version 27, and the results of the data analysis are then described in a description. The results of service and the quality of academic administrative information have a positive and simultaneous influence on student satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the hypothesis is accepted. Similarly, the test of each variable or partially obtained with the results of the second hypothesis test is known to be a calculated value of 2.622 greater than ttable 1.678 with a probability of sig. 0.012 is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 and shows the results that the service variable partially has a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction and in the third hypothesis test, it is known that the calculated value of 4.861 is greater than the ttable of 1.678 with a significance of less than 0.001, which means that the variable quality of academic administrative information has a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction.
