Abstract

This research concerns the effect of work experience, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at BPN Malang Regency. This research was conducted using a questionnaire method on employees at BPN Malang Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at BPN Malang Regency partially, simultaneously and the more dominant variable influences employee performance at BPN Malang Regency. The results of this study indicate that work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has no positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has an effect on employee performance, meaning that the independent variable has no partial effect on employee performance but has an effect simultaneously. The work experience variable has a dominant effect on employee performance.
