Abstract

This study aims to understand the descriptions of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance, to understand Transformational Leadership, Organizational
Commitment and Organizational Culture which have a significant effect on Employee Performance, to understand which among Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture has a dominant influence on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at the Social Service Office of P3AP2KB Malang. The population of this study amounted to 60 employees with a sample of 60 respondents. Sources of data used primary data, data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and observations. The results of the
description of an image in this study state that the independent variable of transformational leadership has the highest average score (mean) on all indicators of
the other independent variables with more agreeable answers. Thus, the transformational leadership of the P3AP2KB Social Service in the city of Malang has
been very good and achieved. And vice versa will not be achieved without transformational leadership. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership, organizational commitment and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance at the P3AP2KB Social Service Office of Malang City. Organizational commitment has a dominant effect on employee performance at the Social Service P3AP2KB Malang City.
