Abstract
Business competition between companies is currently very tight. Based on existingconditions, the tight business competition can support the workforce owned by thecompany to always be able to improve its performance and produce products that can beaccepted by consumers. The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership, reward,and work environment of PT Cipta Kreasi Wiastama Sidoarjo, as well as to analyze theinfluence of leadership, reward, and work environment variables on employee performanceof PT Cipta Kreasi Wiastama Sidoarjo, and to analyze the variables that have a dominanteffect on employee performance. The variables used in this study are leadership, reward,and work environment as independent variables, while the employee performance variableis the dependent variable. This type of research is explanation research with a quantitativeapproach. The sample in this study amounted to 50 employees at PT Cipta KreasiWiastama Sidoarjo. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique.This study uses multiple linear regression methods with the help of SPSS 16. The resultsof this study indicate that the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on theperformance of employees of PT Cipta Kreasi Wiastama Sidoarjo, meaning that theleadership in the company is very good to support the performance of every employee atPT Cipta Kreasi Wiastama Sidoarjo. Then the reward has a positive and significant effecton employee performance, meaning that the rewards in the company have beenimplemented properly according to the regulations at PT Cipta Kreasi Wiastama so that itcan improve the performance of its employees. In the work environment variable has apositive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be shown that the workenvironment in the company is quite conducive so that employees feel comfortable andcan work optimally according to company standards so as to improve the performance ofemployees of PT Cipta Kreasi Wiastama Sidoarjo. The work environment variable alsomakes a dominant influence on employee performance because with a conducive workenvironment, employees will achieve optimal results in their work
