Abstract

In an effort to improve employee performance at work, there must be incentives. Apart fromincentives, the success of an organization or company in achieving its goals can also beinfluenced by its leadership. The aim of this research is to determine the influence ofincentives and leadership on the performance of PT Magnum Attack Indonesia employeespartially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative in nature with data collectiontechniques, namely distributing questionnaires in the form of a Likert scale to 60respondents who are the population of the research object, namely all employees of PTMagnum Attack Indonesia. The research results show that incentives partially have apositive and significant effect on employee performance with a t value of 2.197 > t table2.002 and a significance level of 0.032 < 0.05. Leadership has a positive and significanteffect on employee performance with a t value of 5.295 > t table 2.002, and a significancelevel of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, an Fcount value of 50.5445 > Ftable 3.16 wasobtained with a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, which means incentives andleadership have an influence of 50.5445% on the performance of PT Magnum Attack Indonesia employees.
