Abstract
This research was conducted at a hospital, namely Wava Husada Kepanjen Hospital for non-medical employees. The purpose of this study was toanalyze the influence of leadership and work environment simultaneously on theperformance of non-medical employees at Wava Husada Kepanjen Hospital, toanalyze the influence of Leadership and Work Environment partially on theperformance of non-medical employees at Wava Husada Kepanjen Hospital, andto analyze Leadership and Work Environment that have a dominant influence onthe performance of non-medical employees at Wava Husada Kepanjen Hospital. The variables used in this study are leadership and work environment as independent variables, while employee performance is the dependent variable.The samples used in this research were 53 non-medical employees at WavaHusada Kepanjen Hospital. The type of research used in this research isquantified qualitative. The data obtained in this study are primary data andsecondary data. Data collection techniques use questionnaires which aredistributed directly to employees. The sampling technique used is saturatedsampling technique. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques were obtained usingSPSS. This analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption testwhich includes multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test andmultiple linear regression test which includes F test and t test. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of non-medical employees at Wava Husada KepanjenHospital. The work environment has a positive and significant impact on theperformance of non-medical employees at Wava Husada Kepanjen Hospital. Theindependent variables (leadership and work environment) have an effect on thedependent variable (employee performance) at Wava Husada Kepanjen Hospital.The leadership variable has a dominant influence on employee performance atWava Husada Kepajen Hospital
