Abstract

The effect of satisfaction, work motivation and organizational commitment is a measure ofthe level of job satisfaction with the type of work related to the nature of the work tasks thataffect employee performance. Something that can make the achievement of agency goalsis optimal work results, therefore the relationship between satisfaction, work motivation andorganizational commitment greatly influences employee performance. This study seeks toidentify the impact of the variables influence job satisfaction, work motivation andorganizational commitment jointly (simultaneously) and individually (partially) on theperformance of employees at the Sukun District office in Malang. The type of research usedin this research is quantitative. with primary data sources. The sampling technique in thisstudy is the saturated sample technique or census technique because the number ofemployees is small 55 employees. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire and useda Likert scale. In this study the data analysis techniques used by the researchers weredescriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (F test, t test,coefficient of determination). In this study the data were processed using SPSS 28.0 ForWindows. There is a significant influence simultaneously or partially between leadershipstyle and work environment on employee performance in the results of this research andleadership style is more dominant in influencing the performance of employees in theSukun District office, Malang city
