Abstract
The aim of this research is to see the effect of reward and punishment in the performanc of PG employees. Kebon Agung Malang Plantation Section, East Java. The reserch methode uses quantitative methode. The population used in this research was 147 PG employees. Kebon Agung, Malang, East Java Crop Section. Meanwhile, the sampling technique was 60 samples. Research results: reward has a significan positive effect while punishment has a significan negative efect.
