Abstract
This research aims to describe job satisfaction, motivation, compensation and employee performance, analyze the influence of job satisfaction, motivation and compensation simultaneously on employee performance and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, motivation and compensation partially on employee performance. The sample in this study involved 60 employees. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. Job satisfaction, motivation and compensation simultaneously have an influence on employee performance according to the results of the analysis. It can be shown that when employees feel satisfied, their motivation to work is high and there is support with appropriate compensation from the company, it can improve employee performance. Simultaneously, job satisfaction, motivation and compensation influence employee performance. Partially, job satisfaction, motivation and compensation influence employee performance. When employees feel satisfied with their work, employees will carry out their work more optimally, thus increasing employee performance. Motivated employees will work with passion, have high focus, and are determined to achieve work targets, thereby increasing employee performance. Providing compensation that is felt to be comparable and fair to the workload that employees carry out tends to encourage them to provide good performance.
