Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the commitment oforganizations, the work environment of employees' performance, to know and analyze theimpact of organizational and occupational commitments both simultaneously and partiallyto employees' performance, to analyze the dominant impact between organizational andoccupational commitment Lembah Indah Malang. To know and analyze such influences, itis necessary to study the hapless valley. The method used in this study is the quantitativemethod. The population used in this study is all Lembah Indah Malang employees of 66people. The technique used to determine samples in this study is a census technique whichtakes out the entire population by fewer than 100 people. Data collection techniquesthrough the observation and dissemination of questionnaires. The data was analyzed usingSPSS 25 by using a linear regression analysis method. The results of this research indicate that an organization's commitment had acoefficient value of 0.304 by significant 0.024. This suggests that if the poor valley'sorganization's commitment to increase, Lembah Indah Malang employee performance willbe increased. The work environment had a coefficiency value of 0.389 by significant 0.001.This suggests that the better the environment of Lembah Indah Malang work the moreworkers' performance will increase. The square shows a value of 0.346 or 34.6%, whichcould mean that 34.6% of employees' performance is affected by the commitment of theorganization and the work environment, the remaining 65.4% is explained by othervariables not explained in the study.. The conclusion is that employees' performance is influenced by the commitmentof the organization and the environment. The dominant factor that affects an employee'sperformance is the work environment. Therefore management needs to improve theworking environment in the Lembah Indah Malang, because the better the workenvironment, the more workers' performance will increase
