Abstract

This study aims to anaIyze the effect of job satisfaction at work attitudes and work discipIineon empIoyee performance in the Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Small andMedium Enterprises, Malang Regency. The number of samples is 48 respondents usingsaturated sampIing technique. The anaIysis technique uses muItipIe Iinear regressionusing a significance limit of 0.05. The results showed that there was a positive andsignificant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, with a significant level of0.048 or less than 0.05. It can be said that the hypothesis which states that job satisfactionhas an influence on employee performance is acceptable. Whereas work attitude does notindicate that there is no significant effect between work attitude on employee performance,with a significant level of 0.578 or greater than 0.05 and for work discipline it indicates thatthere is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employeeperformance with a significant level of 0.018 or smaller than 0.05. It can be said that thehypothesis which states that work discipline has an influence on employee performance isacceptable. There is a significant influence between the variables of job satisfaction, workattitude and work discipline simultaneously or simultaneously on the performance ofemployees of the Office of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises inMalang Regency with a significant level of 0.000
