Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of individual characteristic, commitmen,on employee performance, to analyze the effect of individual characteristic on employeeperformance, to analyze the effect of commitmen on employee performance Perumda TirtaKanjuruhan Malang Regency. This type of research is quantitative in the form of primarydata obtained through a questionnaire filled out by employees of Perumda Tirta KanjuruhanMalang Regency, and secondary data data obtained from various library materials, both inthe form of journals, books, articles and theses obtained from internet media related toresearch materials. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. Thepopulation in this study were all employees of Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regencytotaling 112 people and the sample used in this study was the entire population of 88 peopleusing distribution of questionnaires. The data collection technique in this study used aclosed questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses the ClassicalAssumption Test, Multiple Regression, F Test and t Test, and the Coefficient ofDetermination. Partially, individual characteristic has a positive significant effect onemployee performance. Partially, commitmen has a significant positive effect on employeeperformance. Simultaneously individual characteristic, and commitmen have a significantpositive effect on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency.
