Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of environmental performance, foreign ownership, managerial ownership and profitability on company value in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. The population of this research is the population of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling criteria for this research are food and beverage companies that take part in the proper program registered on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period, totaling 28 companies. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (f test and t test). The results of this research show that simultaneously Environmental Performance, Foreign Ownership, Managerial Ownership and Profitability have a significant effect on company value in Food and Baverage Companies Listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. Environmental performance has no effect on company value in Food and Baverage Companies Listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. Foreign ownership has no effect on company value in Food and Baverage Companies Listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. Managerial ownership has no effect on company value in Food and Baverage Companies Listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. Profitability has a significant effect on company value in Food and Baverage Companies Listed on the IDX in 2020-2022.
