Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of institutional ownership, debt policy,company size and profitability on company value in health sector companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 - 2022. The sampling technique uses apurposive sampling method with a total of 40 data observations. The number of samplesin this study used 10 companies in the health sector during 2019 - 2022 using secondarydata. The analytical tools used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, Ftest, t test and processed using SPSS at a significance level of 5 or 0.05. The test resultsshow that institutional ownership and company size have no significant effect on companyvalue. Meanwhile, Debt and Profitability Policy shows that the results have a significanteffect on company value.
