Abstract

Human resources are a very valuable company asset. Current technological advances have not been able to shift the position of humans as the main source of company activities. So it is not surprising that many companies are trying to improve the quality of Human Resources. This can certainly be achieved if supported by a good work environment. This research aims to determine the influence of quality of work life (qwl), work ethic, and training on employee performance at the Malang Regency Land Agency. The research method used is quantitative using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that qwl, work ethic, and training together have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Quality of work life, work ethic, and training each have an influence on employee performance and of these three variables the one that has a more dominant influence on employee performance is the quality of work life variable.
