Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of the independent variables, namelyemotional intelligence and organizational commitment on the performance of employeesof PT. True Nature Sumba.
The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. The true Sumba Alamnumbered 60 people. The sample in this study was determined by the saturated orcensus sampling method in which all members of the population were used as sampleswith a total of 60 people. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data,the type of data in this study is quantitative data. The analysis technique used isdescriptive statistics, research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linearregression analysis and hypothesis testing.
The results showed that both emotional intelligence and organizational commitment affectthe performance of employees at PT. True Nature Sumba.
