Abstract

This study aims to describe employee engagement, creativity and employeeperformance, to determine the effect of Employee engagement and Creativity partially onemployee performance, to determine the effect of Employee engagement and Creativitysimultaneously on employee performance, and to determine the variables of Employeeengagement and Creativity that have a dominant effect on performance employee. Thepopulation in this study were 55 employees, the sampling technique used was census, sothat a sample of 55 respondents was obtained. Data analysis technique using multipleregression analysis.The results of the analysis show that employees have a high level of employeeengagement, reflected in the immersion of employees in work and carried away at work,employees have a high level of creativity, reflected in the desire to improve workperformance and employee performance is included in the good category, reflected inemployees who can carry out tasks without error. Employee engagement and creativitypartially on employee performance. Employee engagement and creativity simultaneouslyon employee performance. Creativity has a dominant effect on employee performance
