Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of the variable compensation, motivation andwork environment on employee performance at PT Sinergi Ketahanan Pangan. (2) Theeffect of the variable compensation on employee performance at PT Sinergi KetahananPangan. (3) The effect of the variable motivation on employee performance at PT SinergiKetahanan Pangan (4) The effect of work environment variables on employee performanceat PT Sinergi Ketahanan Pangan (5) To prove and analyze which are the most dominantbetween compensation, motivation and work environment to the employee performance atPT Sinergi Ketahanan Pangan. In this study, the population is the employees of PT SinergiKetahanan Pangan numbered 108 people, then the slovin formula was obtained a sampleof 52 people. The variables in this study consist of: independent variables namelycompensation (X1), motivation (X2), work environment (X3) and the dependent variablenamely employee performance (Y). The data collection method used is a questionnairemethod (questionnaire). The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classicalassumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, f test andt test. The study conclusion: compensation, motivation and work environment collectivelyhave a significant effect on employee performance in PT Sinergi Ketahanan Pangan.Compensation, motivation and work environment partially affected on the employeeperformance in PT Sinergi Ketahanan Pangan. Between compensation, motivation andwork environment variables, the most dominant variable affected to the employeeperformance in PT Sinergi Ketahanan Pangan is work environment
