Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of green supply chain practices through organizational commitment to company performance at PT. Global Export Blessings in Jombang Regency. The population in this study is all permanent employees at PT. Global Export Blessing in Jombang Regency as many as 50 employees. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the probability sampling method using census sampling techniques. The sample used in this study was as many as 50 employees at PT. This study accepts four hypotheses, namely green supply chain practices have a positive and significant effect on company performance, green supply chain practices have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on company performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on mediating between green supply chain practices and company performance. The better the implementation of green supply chain practices with a strong and good organizational commitment, the company will be able to produce superior and quality products through environmentally friendly production processes. Thus, companies can also improve the company's finances by increasing market share and sales profits due to the increasing awareness of consumers about security and negative effects in a product and production process.
