Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on work productivity,managerial factors on work productivity, infrastructure on work productivity, and workenvironment, managerial factors, and infrastructure on work productivity in employees ofthe Office of the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Batu City. This study usedquantitative research with descriptive data analysis techniques using multiple linearregression analysis. This analysis is used to the effect of the work environment on workproductivity, managerial factors on work productivity, infrastructure on work productivity,and work environment, managerial factors, and infrastructure on work productivitywith thehelp of SPSS Version 25.0 software. The number of samples is 67 employees. Samplingused a purposive sampling technique which used the slovin formula to find samples thatmatch the criteria that have been specifically determined by the researcher. Datacollection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Simultaneous testresults show that the variables Work Environment, Managerial Factors, and Facilitieshave a significant effect on Work Productivity. The partial test results show that the WorkEnvironment has a significant effect on Work Productivity. The test results were obtainedby testing the hypothesis. The partial test results show that managerial factors have asignificant effect on work productivity. The partial test results show that infrastructure hasa significant effect on work productivity.
