Abstract

This research examines the influence of organizational changes and work culture in theWlingi Village office (Case Study on Wlingi Village Employee Performance). TheApproach was to used to conduct this study a questionnaire method for Walingisubdistrict office employees. The sample in this study consisted of 50 respondents.
This research aims to determine the influence of organizational changes and work cultureon employee performance at the Wlingi sub-district office partially, simultaneously andthe variables that have a more dominant influence on employee performance at theWlingi sub-district office.
The results of this research show that t test data (partial) organizational changes do nothave a significant effect on the performance of sub-district office employees,organizational changes have a significant effect on employee performance, and workculture has a significant effect on employee performance. The f test data (simultaneous)concluded that together there is an influence between organizational changes and workculture on employee performance. This means that the independent variable does nothave a partial effect on employee performance but has a simultaneous effect. Workculture variables have a dominant influence on employee performance.
