Abstract

Sosial media has become a fundamental part of today's society, with millions or even billions of people using sosial media with the aim of being able to communicate with others even remotely and share information. Sosial media marketing also significantly influences the performance of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) around the world, including in Nigeria. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are considered as a vibrant and dynamic sector in the world economy. Along with technological developments, there are many ways that MSMEs can do to expand their reach and increase product sales. Digital marketers can also know how customers react to advertised products by looking at posted tributes or comments. Establishing effective communication with consumers can enhance a good relationship with them. With the increasingly widespread use of technology and the internet, consumers now have the means to communicate about the products or services they consume online. A new concept that emerges from this phenomenon is Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM), which refers to product reviews and recommendations provided by consumers to other consumers through digital platforms.
