Abstract

The implementation of the InaRISK Website as part of e-government in Bakalankrajan Subdistrict aims to strengthen disaster risk mitigation. However, the evaluation of the resource management process implementation reveals several shortcomings affecting its effectiveness. This study examines the stages of evaluation and resource management implementation using the COBIT 5 framework in Bakalankrajan Subdistrict. The research methodology involves document analysis, interviews, and field evaluations. The findings highlight deficiencies in information
technology governance and resource management strategy implementation. Although some stages achieve adequate maturity levels, the process demonstrates deficiencies in monitoring, evaluation, and documentation. Recommendations are provided to enhance monitoring, develop principles, and engage in community outreach. This research underscores the potential for improvement in resource management for disaster risk mitigation using the InaRISK Website at the subdistrict level
