Abstract

The development of information technology has influenced various aspects of life, including the business world. This thesis discusses the design and development of a digital catalog information system for guitar sales based on a website. The purpose of this research is to facilitate sellers in marketing their guitar products online and to make it easier for buyers to find and purchase guitars. The development method used is the Waterfall method, which
includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is a website that functions as a digital catalog for guitar sales, equipped with features such as product search, descriptions, images, shopping cart, and online payment system. This system is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of guitar sales and provide a better shopping experience for consumers
