Abstract

In this modern era with the rapid advancement of computer technology science. So that the development of computer technology is needed by many companies or agencies in improving performance and services. Including in Hospital dr. Soepraoen also prioritized his human resources in order to obtain the rights of a civil servant who had served 2 years of service. This is a form of appreciation from the state in improving the welfare of the employees concerned. And usually from the Hospital staffing unit dr. Soepraoen in proposing the periodic salary increase still uses the manual method. So that it will be more effective and efficient if you use a website-based information system design application. As in several government agencies in other cities that already use an website-based periodic salary increase information system. This periodic salary increase information system is made using the PHPMyAdmin programming language as the sole owner of the database. With this application, it is hoped that the process of proposing periodic salary increase data can be better organized and make it easier to process periodic salary increase data for civil servants at Hospital dr.
