Abstract
Pronojiwo is one of the districts in Lumajang Regency, East Java. One of the agricultural commodities produced is salak fruit and most of it is only sold in the form of fresh fruit and there are still few people processing it into a product. Salakinaja is a product produced from processed salak fruit processed by MSMEs in Pronojiwo. Nampun there are several obstacles in its sales, one of which is that this product is still not widely known and in marketing its products it is still not going well so that it does not increase its sales. Therefore, this research aims to create a sales website design that can be used to reach wider marketing and develop sales methods and can provide convenience in the product sales process. The method used in the design is to use the Design Thinking method. The method is used to be able to consider in terms of appearance and user experience according to their needs. There are five stages in the Design Thinking method, namely Empathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Testing. At the Testing stage, namely by using Blackbox Testing, this test focuses on testing interfaces, use cases, and functions in the website design made. The results of the research based on the data and designs that have been made produce a website design for selling Salakinaja products with interfaces from the Admin and Customer sides. Testing from the Admin side using Blackbox Testing obtained the results of responders successfully completing the Tase Case that has been made and finding no function errors so that it can run as expected.
