Abstract

Tanimbar Islands regency financial and Asset Management Agency is one of the local government agencies that use information systems in the process of regional financial management. BPKAD as the regional work unit and the regional financial management work unit has used information technology as infrastructure to provide financial
management services on education by implementing the application of Regional Management Information System - SIMDA FMIS (Financial Management Information System). However, SIMDA FMIS used there are still some obstacles that are still less effective and have not maximized the management process properly, the system is still not
understood, so that users and users still do not understand and time becomes ineffective. The purpose of this study is expected by the analysis of employee performance measurement can improve the performance of local financial management timely, transparent and accountable in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and
regulations in this study the sample used based on the characteristics of employees of the regional financial and asset management agency with a sample of 70 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been described regarding the analysis and evaluation of the quality of work tergadap employee performance regional financial and asset management agency using quantitative methods., it can be concluded
as follows that the quality of work is a stronger factor in determining the performance of employees at the regional financial and asset management agency than evaluation.
Therefore, to achieve optimal performance improvement, agencies should focus on improving the quality of employee work through training, competence development, and fostering supportive behavior. Evaluation remains important, but greater attention needs to be paid to aspects that affect the quality of work of employees.
