Abstract

Currently, people in Malang City listen to the radio using the RRI Play Go application, with the existence of RRI Play Go, is the application effective among the surrounding community, because RRI Play Go is an application that can be accessed using a cellphone and can broadcast all RRI broadcasts in various regions and centers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using the RRI Play Go application in Malang City using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The results of this study obtained a score of 62 remembered for the "marginal" class. as well as being in the "Low" range, which indicates that the RRI Play Go application is acceptable but only moderately preferred. Given the class scale, the score of 62 is remembered for class "D". Even though it is not a very high score, it is still ordered as the best in this evaluation. In addition, the model's adjective ratings show that a score of 62 is acceptable. This shows that the RRI Play Go application has shortcomings but needs improvement to increase the level of use of the RRI Play Go application among the community Although it is okay, there are still opportunities to get better. Based on these problems, it is suggested that the development of the RRI Play Go application is to conduct further studies on aspects that make the low level of effectiveness of user satisfaction in the RRI Play Go application both in terms of features and in terms of interface so as to increase the effectiveness of user satisfaction in using the RRI Play Go application.
